RIAA now wants to avoid trial in innocent infringement case
19 10 2008In the wake of a federal judge’s overturning the 2,000 infringement award against Jammie Thomas, the RIAA has now decided that it would rather avoid a trial and accept damages of 0 per song in a case of innocent copyright infringement.
