It’s been a tough year for Section 230. In one case after another, I’ve had to “explain away” Section 230 losses:

Of course we’ve also seen numerous routine Section 230 defense wins during this time period, but the exceptions stand out because each one of them threatens to undermine Section 230’s broad immunity. And with so many losses temporally bunched together, I’m wondering what’s going on?
