EFF: Kentucky domain seizures flawed on many levels

The Electronic Frontier Foundation, ACLU, and Center for Democracy and Technology have filed an amicus brief with the Kentucky Court of Appeals, asking it to throw out the ruling that would allow the state of Kentucky to seize the domain names of online gambling sites. According to the brief, the ruling was flawed on many levels.
