Google backing off net neutrality with ISP deal? Not really

The Wall Street Journal has set off an Internet flame-fest with an article that suggests a variety of major players—Google, Lawrence Lessig, and figures in the incoming Obama administration—have given up on net neutrality. But a lot of the fuss depends on how neutrality is defined.
