20 12 2008If you look at the various mediums that are able to be distributed digitally, you will find a seemingly uncountable number of instances where the materials in question have been shared or represented in a way that is not in sync with the laws of the world’s governments. It is important that this is understood in a way that is vague or generic because, although illegal file sharing generally gets bundled with references to the film and music industries, the condition of digital storage and, consequently, lossless digital transferability, is being met by an ever increasing array of content.
