Free for a Fee

A federal judge has granted the request of a Harvard Law professor to stream (one small part of) his client’s trial footage for free on the web. The judge called the RIAA objections “specious” given the recording group’s past statements that the lawsuit campaign is all about publicity and sending a message about file-sharing.
