After a disastrous foray into Internet advertising based on ISP clickstream data, NebuAd has scaled back that business, but it still has to deal with the legal fallout. Late last year, the company was sued in a California federal court for intercepting, copying, and otherwise interfering with private user data. Not only that, but the ISPs who partnered with NebuAd faced a lawsuit.
