1 08 2009Skype’s legal scuffle with Joltid may mean the end of Skype as we know it. EBay (Skype’s parent company) planned on spinning off Skype into the stock market sometime next year. In preparation of this spin off, EBay filed a suit in the English High Courts against the founders of Skype (now Joltid) in order to resolve a key software dispute.
