Apple Sues HTC Over Patent Infringement. Google next?
1 05 2010In the latest episode of the on-going saga between smart phone manufacturers, Apple has filed a suit against Taiwan-based HTC Corporation for “infringement on 20 of its patents related to the iPhone user interface, underlying architecture and hardware“. The lawsuit was filed simultaneously with the U.S. International Trade Commission and in U.S. District Court in Delaware.
